Publick House Historic Inn Wedding

Celebrate the unforgettable wedding of Rebecca and Karie at the enchanting Publick House in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. This picturesque venue, adorned with rustic aesthetics and the stunning Paige Hall featuring wood beams, provided the perfect backdrop for the couple's dream celebration.

Despite the challenges posed by a positive Covid test just two days before their original fall wedding date, the love radiating from Rebecca and Karie was evident as they finally exchanged their vows. Their journey to "I Do" was marked by patience and resilience, making the day even more significant.

Karie's thoughtful surprises for Rebecca added an extra layer of magic to the day, and I feel privileged to have been chosen as their photographer to capture these precious moments. From our initial consultation years ago, a genuine connection was established, making me feel like part of the family celebrating alongside them.

The highlight of the reception was when Karie, in collaboration with their JP and close friend, turned heartfelt words into a song that left not a dry eye in the house. Witnessing the lovebirds snuggle while listening to the guitar-accompanied serenade was a deeply emotional moment for everyone.

The festivities continued with the couple's lively friends, who kicked off the night in style with a memorable entrance, reminiscent of the movie "Dumb and Dumber" meets bursts of vibrant flowers. The Flower Man set the tone for a night of joy and celebration, leading the way into the reception where the ladies, beers in hand, were ready to party to the tune of "Here for the Party."

Rebecca and Karie's wedding will be etched in my memory for a long time, culminating in a group rendition of "Bohemian Rhapsody" that had everyone singing with arms around one another and radiant smiles. A heartfelt thank you to Rebecca and Karie for entrusting me with the honor of capturing these special memories that will be cherished for a lifetime.
